doctor will investigate a patient's lifestyle and sleeping habits as a

Insomnia can be treated in many different ways, and most

the most commonly suggested home remedies for insomnia are
sticking to a sleep schedule, avoiding naps during the day,
removing electronic devices and bright lights from the bedroom,
and drinking warm milk before attempting sleep. If insomnia
