B) One of the foundational principles of U.S. government that can be used to affect the expressed power described in Part A would be the principle of limited government. The principle of limited government is the concept that the government should not be overarching and that force is restricted when involving delegated power. This means that the government is only able to do what the people will allow it to do, so when it comes to educating children, the people support the government to implement the program but the government is unable to use any time of force when doing so.

C) The foundational principle in Part B affects the structure and function of the federal government because limited government is outlined in the Tenth Amendment. In the Tenth Amendment, the powers that are held and those that are not entrusted to the national government in the constitution are reserved for the people and the states. Bull trout use a bewildering array of strategies to aid in their survival, from remaining in streams their whole lives, like rainbow trout, to spending part of their lives in the ocean before returning to

Bull trout are present in only one of two neighboring rivers in the Olympic peninsula, Washington state, and in this one (the Elwha River), where two large dams were removed. Dam removal resulted
